The Cottage is a centrally heated two bedroomed property, with ground and 1st floors. On entering the cottage and into the hall, a downstairs cloakroom is available, with doors leading to the kitchen and sitting room. A real wood fitted kitchen, matching table and chairs with a high chair facility is all here for your comfort.
Kitchen facilities include microwave, electric oven cooker, gas hob, and all the usually expected cups, plates, and cutlery etc. Leading of the kitchen is a utility room with fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine with a further side door leading to an indoor drying area, for those days when you need to enter and store your hicking boots, wellies, pedal cycles and sailing equipment etc. A rotary dryer outside is also available for your convenience.
The sitting room has a colour TV with Sky freeview, DVD Player, radio and fitted fireplace heater.
Upstairs, the bathroom with a large corner bath, electric shower and velux windows is situated in between the two very spacious bedrooms, one being a double bedroom and the other a twin bedroom. A cot with mattress is also avialable on request. Hand towels and bath towels are supplied, but please bring your own beach towels.
